Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Return Window
Customers can request a return within 3 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Exchange Policy
We offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused and unwashed

  • Original tags must be attached

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • The return request must be made within the allowed return window

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or washed products

  • Products without original tags

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after the returned product is received and verified.

Return Shipping
Customers may be required to bear the return shipping charges unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
